All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time:
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and shipped.
Print Club shipments are sent out during the first week of each month.
Shipping Details:
Orders ship via [USPS / UPS / other] with tracking information provided by email once your order is on its way.
Domestic shipping times vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Currently, I [do / do not] ship internationally.
Damaged in Transit:
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with a photo of the issue so I can send a replacement.
Return Policy
Each print and product is created and packaged with care. Because every order is made specifically for you, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
Email me at montgomery.krystle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
Please note:
No refunds or returns are available on prints or Print Club subscriptions.
Replacements are only provided for items damaged in transit or with production issues.
Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.
